So the scenario is when disbursing loan 'after' its expected disbursement date, you think that the charges 'become' disbursement charges cause disbusrement is now on a date that is after their orginal due date when they were applied.

So you will notice that when you disburse on date different to the expected disburement date the 'entire loan repayment schedule is adjusted accordingly.

When the charges where applied - they were defined not 'as disbursement charges' but as charges to be applied within the first 'repayment period' (based on their dates) -

When you disburse late, its likely that you still want those charges not to be considered 'due at disbursement' (as they would of been defined as that)

Instead you probably would want the charges to be 'adjusted' also but the best approach is probably to not allow the disbursement to happen until user updates the charges with correct dates.
