Description: 1. Create new client and new loan application.
2. Click on client -> select any client/ newly created client -> Click on "New loan application" tab
3. Select loan product -> "New loan application" page displayed.
4. Click on "submitted on" button in which calendar pops up showing present system month.
5. Not able to migrate to previous month in the calendar.
