TEVI are lenient with respect to repayment but do add a penatly to the loan if four consecutive installments go unpaid so will likely have to add a 'overnight' process to pick up on loans with four unpaid consecutive installments and apply a penalty. In the absence of actually doing this, TEVI can still manually apply the pentalty to the loan with existing functionality. Support for this will have to be have to be implemented by COSM in backend/API.
