Description: To reproduce:
1. Create Center/Group /Client  with unusual characters in name, for example "center 1.2%"
2. Go on view details link under "Center /Group/Client  charges"
3. Click on Apply payment.

Result: stack trace with java.lang.NullPointerException appear
