Ashok, not following you fully here.
The issue raised by quipe is that even though they are using spanish locale/culture on UI, the datepicker/date field for activation date is using english format for date.
Hence when it comes to the backend trying to interpret the date thats sent, it unable to as your sending locale as es but activationDate as english text date format.
