yes as John says, the arrears support is there for loans now. When we created this initially it wasnt and what this issues was about was configuration item to define what 'in arrears' is based on # of days like in Mifos 2.x - So this configuration task should be able to be done (if GK really want ability to define when something is marked as in arrrears) - would require update to 'scheduled job' that updates arrears table nightly.
