Subramanya, reopening this as was able to reproduce issue quipu see.
The issue is this, the culture for 'Spanish (Peru)' which is identified using 'es-PE' doesnt pick up on any jquery UI datepicker file as none exists for this specific culture but does exist for the 'spanish' culture (es).
So if we copy jquery.ui.datepicker-es and call it jquery.ui.datepicker-es-PE it should resolve the issue of it not finding specific culture date picker and defaulting to last chosen culture
