Yes John, but not limited to GK (most MFI's now seem to want to do PPI reporting based on http://www.progressoutofpoverty.org/, its apparently on Musoni's immediate road-map too)
Its currently done is Mifos like https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/PPI+Functional+Spec, updates to PPI are done as https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/PPI+2010+Update+Process
So the scores would need to be computed based on the PPI for the country (also be able to handle changes to the scoring logic/questions/answers etc when a new version of PPI is released for a country etc)
Nayan Ambali will have a look at http://www.progressoutofpoverty.org/ and articulate our functional needs
