1. To reigster a data table that has been unregistered or created through SQL approach and not through API you just use the register function
2. yes, becuase deregister does not delete the datatable itself, it still exists on the database but it should be seen on UI side as its not seen as connected with app entity/table
3. Its a possible improvement alright but we have no knowledge of all the datatables people create but dont register
