Description:

1. Create a Client, Create a loan product and assign it to the client.
2. Click on the client and apply new loan application -> select the loan product - fill all the fields and click on save button.
3. Now the loan application is submitted and status is "Pending approval".
4. Now close the client -client got closed.
5. still loan can be approved - Disbursed - and repayments can be made for that loan.(But client was already closed).
since client is closed loan should also get closed and no further activities should be allowed to do.
Also in Loans page we can see the same loan under active state.
