1. In Chage loan application -> Collaterals - add 2 Collaterals and click on save button, Collaterals got added.
2. Chage loan application -> Collaterals - delete 2 Collaterals added and click on save button, Collaterals got deleted -> click on save button.
3.Chage loan application -> Collaterals - deleted 2 collaterals reappearing in the collaterals page.
