Description: Now any notes related to Loans (for ex if added during approval/disbursement) is getting displayed in client's page along with the notes related to client.
     Allowing Notes related to Loans in loan page by introducing a tab as "NOTES".
The original intention was to create a notes fliter widget that could be used in any screen you wish and people could choose to 'filter' the notes that were visible based on certain criteria.
