Test Data:
Create saving account with opening balance of 250 on 01 June 2012
Create annual Fee of 100 on 01 July.
Description:
1. Create Savings account with above test data -> Approve -> Activate the account.
2. Click on the above created savings account -> click on Apply Annual Fees - select 01 July 2012.
Change the system date to future.
3. Repeat the above (step 2) for future date - 01 July 2013.
4. on 02 July 2013 the balance in savings account is 50 (as total 200 deducted as annual fees).
5. Click on Withdraw tab and in withdrawals page enter amount as 250 on 02 July 2013.
It is allowing to withdraw and balance is displaying as -ve.
