One of the most unifying elements that ties together groups, centers, clients and the entire user experience is a consistent set of breadcrumb navigation. Once this is in place, it will be much easier to navigate amongst center/group/client hiearchies.
For those not using groups or centers it will still be useful in showing hierarchy of Head Office >> Individual >> Account >> Details.
Currently in Mifos X, there is only a limited implementation of bread crumbs, adding no value to navigate back and forth between accounts/records.
Not sure if it's worth investing the effort for this until we have the new UI framework to build on top of.
