Test Data:
Submit the New loan application on 07 August 2013. approve and disburse on same date.
Pre-Condition:
1. Create a Group on 01 August 2013 and create a new client under that Group on same date.
2. Close that client on 02 August 2013.
Description:
1. Click on Group -> Created Group -> Clients -> New loan application button in front of the Client (Closed).
2. New loan application page displayed.
3. Fill all the required fields and click on save button.
4. Loan application is submitted under pending approval state.
Expected Result:
For a closed client It should not allow to apply for new loan.
Actual Result:
It is allowing to submit the new loan application - Approve and disburse the loan for a closed client.
