We have the branch (JHD), year (13), Village (AL), loan cycle (C3), group no (G2) and then the client number (08). Individual – JHD/13/07 – branch, year and client number. Can we change the client number to something similar as above. Then the number sequence will follow for the same group with the last digit changing (client number). Then when they are entering a new village they will change the detail and continue like this."
