Distributed caching Caching needs to be added for commonly used Read operations in MifosX.
Also, since MifosX is a multi-tenant application, the caching approach would also need to support multi-tenancy.
The types of cache needed to be supported:
- No Cache: Caching is turned off (people may want to do this if theres is problem with cache)
- Cache to support single instance tomcat deployments of platform
- Distributed cache to support multiple instance tomcat deployments of platform
