In the exact copy:

~~MIFOS-4553~~ there is a discussion in comments and ticket was closed as invalid (See comment of Lukasz Chudy on 04/Feb/11 4:25 PM). Is there a reason for creating this ticket? If there is a discussion about it which I missed, can you share a link to it? Otherwise please confirm that we can close this ticket.

There is an issue related to disbursing Second Loan.

REPRO:
1. Create Loan Product with installments 'By Loan Cycle'.
2. Create new Loan Account using Loan Product created above.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Create another Loan using the same Loan Product.
5. Try to disburse Second Loan.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Loan is properly disbursed.

ACTUAL RESULT: ...
