I think this ticket is a duplicate of MIFOS-5556, and based on description there, adjustments for pre-payments were not implemented at all, so this would need a bit more work to do. Considering that, we will fix this issue in the subsequent release.

Wrong recalculations after apply adjustment on repayment schedule page.
Repro:
1. Do a loan
2. On the due date make a repayment.(only the interest)
3. On the due date make a repayment(both principal and interest)
4. On the same date do a principal pre payment through "Apply pre payment option"
