Once Configurable fees is added for savings, we would need to update accounting
to handle the ability to map different fees to Different income accounts (to be consistent with the accounting flexibility present for loans)
Auguste (burundi partner) requires the follwing from charges on savings accounts:
'..Regarding, the fee and corresponding GL we have different types of fees and each should be associated with a specific GL account, the same way a payment type (cash,cheque) is associated with a specific GL account...'
At present we support this for loans and should also replicate the same approach for savings accounts for consistency.
