1. Create loan account
2. Apply fee to this loan (charged at the time of disbursement)
3. Click "Disburse loan"
4. Select payment mode for the fee: Transfer from savings
5. Select savings account that has:
- smaller maximum amount per withdrawal than amount of payment
- smaller balance than amount of payment
Expected result:
validation which specified that points the problem with savings account
Current result:
Validation says "Disbursal failed. This loan may have been disbursed elsewhere."
