I'll defer to your expertise on the accounting side on this one. If it makes more sense to Debit and Credit different GL accounts instead of just going with the setup Withdrawal/Repayment transaction types lets do this. Lets have Account Transfer as its own transaction type and reference it from journal entries.

An MFI has two Products
A Savings Product SA1: All deposits and withdrawal are collected via "Cash"
A Loan Product LA1: For which the fund source is ...
