Historically, there have been many separate projects, prototypes, and requirements gathering sessions to address being able to use Mifos in an offline environment.
Offline could range from intermittent to completely non-existent connectivity. The goal of this task is to synthesize the requirements and make recommendations to best meet the required use cases from simply downloading a subset of data to be edited while offline and synced up when a connection returns to running Mifos X in a fully distributed mode.
