This issue is related to
MIFOSX-435
, where we added running balances to the journals table. This API endpoint fetches the most recent up-to-date balance for each of the GL accounts (only organizationRunningBalance) and displays it as part of the API output. This can be used to generate an overview of all GL Accounts including their balances. The tests are largely the same as MifosX-435 and results should be comparable to that of the GL Balance of the most recent booking into the account.
