The main idea of this improvement is to 'improve potential performance issues' where someone might request all audits.
So:
#1 - default the response to have a hard limit (thats big enough 200 - 500)
if you want to put paging on this list capability or any other in the system it really should be 'optional' and not done by default like we did for loans/clients/savings.
so if no paging is done - you get a list of the entries back limited to some number,
if paging exists you get the current paging wrapping structure around the list of results like we do in loans/savings/clients
By doing that you get the bonus of this improvement not being a breaking API change
