User to specify date range and branch (for getting list of clients who have repayments between a specified date range for the specified branch). We could use the collection sheet APIs for returning this data.
At least the following details to be stored offline:

Loan Summary - Status, Disbursed Amount, In Arrears Amount, the details shown at Client --> Loan Account Overview --> Summary Page

Loan Repayment Schedule (the details shown at Client --> Loan Account Overview --> Repayment Schedule)

Savings Account Summary and Last 10 transactions
