i am on latest and i am not seeing this issue in my local environment. and my DB has values for job_key after server starts. actually in the code after JobRegisterService construction, in post construct method it is getting the SchedulerStopListener bean. which means it already created JobRegisterService so i don't think there will be any circular dependency. till now i never faced this issue. as per your PR you are using setter injection. in existing code it is getting through bean factory both are same But one thing is sure your code is looking cleaner. just i am trying to understand how you are getting this issue?
