1. Currently there is no option in UI to change the status of a staff from active to inactive/ inactive to activate state, this should be implemented, (similar to charges)
2. In Admin -> Organization -> Manage Employees page separate column should be introduced to display weather Staff "is active" = true / false.
3. Inactive staff should not be allowed to display anywhere in the application except in the Manage Employees page, and should not allowed to perform any action from the date it is inactivated.
