When setting up a Disbursement fee/charge, I'm still allowed specify a frequency and intervals.
Steps to Repro:
1. Add new charge
2. Input name, currency
3. Select charge time type of Disbursement
4. Select Charge calculation of flat
5. Select charge payment by as Regular
6. Check box to add fee frequency
7. Charge frequency box pops up and I'm able to select values, enter an interval and save this.
Wouldn't it be better if when Disbursement was selected, conditionally Charge Frequency and possibly add fee frequency shouldn't be displayed or should at least be grayed out.
