The loan account form has three fields for collateral. The labels are:

If you add a collateral item by selecting Add Collateral (from the More menu on the bright blue action bar), the labels are:

The Loan Collateral tab displays:
Given the label "value", my expectation is that the field is in a currency, e.g., 10 US Dollars. Given the label "amount", my expectation is that the field is an amount expressed in a non-currency unit of measure. For example, if the collateral is Land, the unit of measure might be acre and an entry of 10 would mean 10 acres.
The Add Collateral page URL is the most inconsistent and is included below.
