Loans are given from savings and savings amounts are blocked (similar to a collateral) - need "available funds" and "ledger balance" kind of feature on the deposit accounts

If another member stands as gaurantee - this also block funds in savings account

Guarantor - may belong to same group or may be outside the group. On agreeing to be a guarantor, a part of his/her "available funds" can be specified as guarantee and this amount get's "blocked"

Guarantor funds can get "released" first, before loan account holder's funds are "released"
