- RefundByTransferCommandHandler LoanRefundByCashCommandHandler to handle refund by transfer cash
- Update AccountTransfersWritePlatformServiceImpl LoanWritePlatformExtensionsServiceImpl to include method refundByTransfer makeLoanRefund
