Steps followed to reproduce the issue.
1)Disburse a loan with accrual accounting enabled.
Loan Amount:15000
26% p.a
repay every two weeks
Disb Date: 25-Sep-2014
2)Run periodic accrual as of 30-Sep-2014
(Interest accrued : 53)
Now my trial balance reads:
FUND SOURCE: 15,000 ( Debit Credit )
LOAN PORTFOLIO 15,000 (Debit)
INTEREST RECEIVABLE: 53 (Debit)
INCOME FROM INTEREST: 53 (Credit)
3) Now undo the disbursal
Now the trial balance reads
FUND SOURCE: 0
LOAN PORTFOLIO : 0
INTEREST RECEIVABLE: 53 (Debit)
INCOME FROM INTEREST: 53 (Credit)
The journal entries for accrued interest is not getting reversed.
