currenly when you change a loan officer of a group. The client table with loan officer is not updated. The client loans and savings is also not update.
Scenario in case a loan officer assigned to a group leaves an organization. we need to assign a new loan officer to group which will reflect changes in the
client table and the clients savings and loans table. so in short we transfer the loan officer to the group

We could introduce a query parameter to force all clients (and their loans and savings) to inherit the loan officer from the group
