Nayan Ambali updated an issue   Mifos X / MIFOSX-1566 Contraint for minimum/maximum number of client in a active group Change By: Nayan Ambali Build generic place holder to add business rules for activating group. Rules as follow And add one 1> Only minimum number  of  the  clients  rule  as below  can be set (no limitation on maximum number of clients) 1 2 >  A group must have at least "n"  Only maximum number  of clients  in it  rule can be set  ( no limitation on minimum number of clients  needs to ) 3> Both minimum number of clients rule and maximum number of clients rule can  be  either in  set together 4> Above rules are validate only on  active  and  groups  or  pending for state and no closed/inactive  during activation of  clients  considered for count . 5> While adding new client to a group maximum number of clients rule need to satisfy 6> But none of the above rule is validated during closing of client(belongs to a group )  or tranfering of the client from one group to another group or dis-associating of client from a group Note: 6th rule is added for operational convenience, example, in case of client death, one has to close the client irrespective of groups total number of clients may fall below minimum number of clients rule.
