Tested with the Following Scenario,
1. Create 2 active Groups - Old Group and New Group.
2. Create 2 Clients with same name under Old Group.
3. In the Same Group Page Click on Transfer Clients button -> in Transfer Client between Groups page now displaying the Client ID along with the client name in "Available clients" list.
