Vishwas Babu A J commented on MIFOSX-1511   Re: Custom Formats for Client number and account number subramanya Under System -> Account number preferences, you should be able to create any custom prefixes you would want for Client, loan or savings accounts Currently, all account numbers are 9 digit (zero padded) numbers. If we select a prefix for the same, the account number now generated for a client/loan/savings account would have the appropriate prefix appended to the 9 digit account number. Ex: if prefix product short name is added for a loan account. Then the account number generated for the laon account would be IGL000000001 instead of 000000001 (assuming the product short name is IGL), after deleting this acocunt number preferences, newly generated account numbers will revert to the earlier format Add Comment   This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.4-OD-11-014#64007-sha1:d74ee47)
