Currently, most attributes of a savings product can be overridden at the savings account level. While this is nice to illustrate the flexibility of our API's, it is not inline with the expected real world usage.
Organizations would like to tightly control the attributes of a savings product which can be overridden by a savings account.
We can achieve this desired behavior by adding a new section to the savings account creation form (which maps to a set of boolean fields for the savings account) where in a system administrator would decide which attributes of a savings product may be overridden at a savings account level
