I'm not sure what our policy is in supporting Internet Explorer but this was a pretty major issues and we should be more explicit in recommending Firefox/Chrome or highlighting known issues with IE.
As reported by Helene Dudley of TCP Global, when creating a new group or center, or editing the name/title of any existing center or group, the changes get saved in the database but not reflected in the Community App.
I confirmed this with Helene as I was able to see changes reflected in Chrome or Firefox but not reflected in IE.
The changes do get reflected later on - so perhaps it's a browser caching setting but I'm not sure how many hours later it gets displayed.
