I'm not sure what our policy is in supporting Internet Explorer but this was a pretty major issues and we should be more explicit in recommending Firefox/Chrome or highlighting known issues with IE.
As reported by Helene Dudley of TCP Global, when selecting activation dates for clients, groups, centers, etc - the dates don't get properly saved/displayed.

[~edcable] The underlying issue is https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues/3334 (so you would have the same issue on Safari too). This would be ideal for GCI
