Based on MIFOSX-1756, the goal of this task would be to automate that future downloadable Mifos X distributions ZIP would already include the community-app UI, so that end-users truly can just download ONE ZIP, click a start script, and be up and running without any further extra downloads, set-up steps etc.
The problem is that today the mifosng-provider back-end and the community-app, the current main but theoretically one of several possible UIs, are in separate Git repos. This could be solved in a number of ways, best discussed on the public devel mailing to reach agreement which way to go:
1. The mifosng-provider Gradle build, in the dist task, could bundle the static community-app downloaded from... where?? Versioninig?
2. A Git sub module in mifosng-provider could include community-app.
3. Another new parent repo could include both mifosng-provider and community-app to bundle them.
MIFOSX-1756 is a pre-requisite which should be resolved first.
