1. If no loans are attached then it is allowing to change meeting date from weekly to monthly, daily to biweekly etc., from date of creation of meeting itself.
2. If the JLG loan is submitted, then if meeting is changed it is getting modified from current system date to future dates, (eg. weekly meeting from friday to wednesday etc.,)
3. Repeats and Repeats every can not be changed if the active loan is there.
Tested and working as expected.
