Implementation should be if more charge is paid in Individual collection sheet (eg. charge on specified due date is 100 and in individual collection sheet user pays 200) then
> It should not allowed to edit the Charge field.
> If allowed to edit then whatever amount paid in individual collection sheet should get paid as charge only.
