Replace our Global search with http://getbootstrap.com/components/#input-groups-buttons-dropdowns
Global search by default searches across all entities (also has a keyboard shortcut mapped to it which should be retained)
By adding a Button with dropdown next to it, we would allow a user to limit the search scope. The name of the button would be "Scope"
and the available actions would be "Clients" , "Client Identifiers", "Groups/Centers", "Loans"
Clicking any one of the actions would trigger a search by restricting the resource to the selected resource (refer https://demo.openmf.org/api-docs/apiLive.htm#search for details)
