Thanks Subramanya for providing the DB dump :)
It helped me fix the issue .
Issue has been fixed The issue had nothing to do with Loan product attributes .
It was an UI issue which came only when recalculate interest was enabled with Frequency of compounding != None.
Please check from your end and close the issue.
