Actually, before I fix anything with the loan approval, I think I need to clarify the desired behavior. It's not actually a Disbursal date that you are required to fill in on the loan approval form. It is "Expected disbursement on" date. This does not appear to be the date that the loan is actually disbursed. That date gets set on a different page. I actually don't see this "Expected" date anywhere else in the UI once it is set. But I haven't explored too thoroughly.
In any case, the server is also happy to take any "Expected" disbursal date in the future. So it seems odd to me that the client should enforce something that the server allows.
Those two factors make me think the "Expected disbursal date" should allow future dates. Thoughts?
