Hello All,

Ok, I'm a noobie and I'm making noobie mistakes ....

But it seems that once you add a few (two) branch offices, then
whoever you are logged in as ... belonging to one of those branches
... that is the personnel base that you can view and manipulate, from
that branch.

I'm trying to create on user ( me ) that can see all branch personnel
and ... according to the famous quote ... "Rule them all" ...

Our organization will be centrally controlled from one "HQ Office"
with Branch Managers, Loan Officers and Tellers in "Neighborhood
Offices".

As an "HQ Office" admin I need to see, manipulate, etc. all
information for all branches. That's what I'm trying to accomplish.

=========================================

Now, I've usurped default user "mifos" and made them me ... I'm a
tinkerer ... I didn't have a "Government ID" ... which for the US I
changed the label to "Drivers License No", and I didn't see where I
could edit that ... so I fired up PhpMyAdmin and changed it in ...
PERSONNEL_DETAILS ...

I'm bad that way ...

So, I've probably screwed myself visa vis a very clever SQL query that
would allow the default "mifos" user to see all personnel, but doesn't
let my user see all personnel.

Also, I wonder if I wouldn't like to have my user be a member of the
"HQ Office" .... I have an created an office hierarchy thusly ....

HQ Office
STATE / STATE / STATE
COUNTY / COUNTY / COUNTY
ZIP / ZIP
NEIGHBORHOOD / NEIGHBORHOOD

Many Neighborhoods within many Zipcodes within many Counties within
many States with one HQ Office.

This is how I want to generate stats ... eventually by neighborhood,
zip code, county, state ... and Of course HQ Office ... Of course,
neighborhood is the only office I can assign to system personnel
currently and I don't understand how to get around that ... to have a
superuser. ( That's me )

Joet
