Ryan, It will be great if we have "modular" training materials. So, users can mix and match modules for a role since trainings are usually done/role. In general, I think we know we will at least have: Data Entry roles (for Loan Officers or Data encoders), Supervisors (Branch Managers) for approvals and exceptions and of course, the Systems Administrator. Trainings should also include changes in processes which will be MFI-specific. So, ours would just be focused on core Mifos. Effective and fun trainings will also have hands-on exercises and maybe, short quizzes. Exercises, again, may be better using MF data but our core training materials can have examples to begin with. How soon will you start on this? Maybe we can coordinate.
