We had some additional questions if you could answer. These probably won't be part of the presentation but would be helpful in case we are asked these questions. what does kendra mean? [Kay Chau] Think this might not have been possible in 1.0 but it is now in Mifos - you can add a Client to a Center without them belonging to a Group why would a client be attached directly to a branch? [Kay Chau] I don't think I've seen this ... what fees are charged at the center level? how are these dues split among the center's group? how do clients review their loan information/statistics? Typically I think a Loan officer can print out a variety of reports that tell this information and bring it to the meetings with the clients. what currency are the balances in? [Kay Chau] I don't think there's a drilldown in Mifos but you can create a report that tells you this info ... are most savings mandatory in actual MFIs? I think this also depends on the MFI and region you're in what loan products and savings products are used in actual MFIs? how officers figure out whether or not to make a loan? Are there guidelines based on how much assets an MFI needs to have a certain amount of loans outstanding? do most clients that make loans also have savings accounts? This depends on the MFI and the region - for example, savings are more popular in the Philippines. are there reporting infrastructure or analytics that occur outside of the web front end? Mifos integrates with BIRT reporting engine for our reports but there isn't a separate reporting server right now.
