Hi Kevin, This should be an ok amount of memory on Windows to run Mifos. Have you set any memory environment variables for Perm Gen space? In this install guide - http://www.mifos.org/developers/install-mifos/install-windows, refer to the catalina_opts environment variable mentioned in the "Setup and Build" section.
